Positive Potential has been active in Blenheim, Nelson, Christchurch & Wellington recently. Activity has ranged from Advisory Board work through to Strategic support and Capability Investment Resource assessments for Ministry of Social Development funded Organisations. Mentoring and Executive Coaching engagements, plus delivery of Skills Workshops and a series of Board Meetings have all added to the mix and helped maintain real variety.
Next on the travel agenda is a week with Pacific Mentors operating from Savaii (Samoa). This programme provides support to small business owners through one on one mentoring. A new addition this trip, is the introduction of a networking and showcase event for the participants. Building their networks and trading circles can foster sharing of good practices and deepen their awareness of how the marketplace is moving.
